We had an awesome departure from Dreamworld this morning. The Sanctuary Cove Lions Club did amazing bacon and egg rolls for everyone and our wonderful Baristas, Ashley (B1) and Lianne (B2) had the coffee van going flat out.
10 local families arrived in the CQ shirts with big smiles to form the guard of honour for all the riders to ride through before the amazing Jessye Campbell cut the ribbon and the Virgin Australia 1,000 K's 4 Kids Bike Ride began.

Massive thanks to the beautiful Danica who flew in from Sydney to ensure everything went well and to do lots of filming and photography and generally ensure all went well as far as marketing went - you are amazing Dan!
